Missing data got you down? Now, you can set default values for your custom fields in Sender! This means your messages will always feel personalized and complete, even if you’re missing information for some subscribers.
For example, let’s say you’re using a custom field called “Favorite Product.” If you don’t have that information for specific subscribers, you can set a default value like “Our Bestsellers.” This ensures a smooth and engaging experience for everyone.
2. Track Your Success with Ecommerce Reports
We’ve added robust ecommerce reporting to your email, text message, and automated campaigns! From now on, you can easily measure what matters most with these key metrics:
- ROI. See exactly how much you’re earning for every dollar spent;
- Total revenue. Track your sales directly attributed to your campaigns;
- Revenue per customer. Understand the value of your subscribers;
- Number of orders. Monitor your sales volume generated by each campaign.
