  • Highly engaged subscribers. Reach out to subscribers who have interacted with your emails in the last 30 days;
  • Active subscribers. Connect with subscribers who have interacted with your emails in the last 180 days;
  • Inactive subscribers. Identify and re-engage subscribers who haven’t interacted with your emails or bounced in the last 180 days.
